We can’t quite believe it’s been a month already!

The joy we’ve felt meeting everyone and watching this space come to life has been everything we hoped for.

There is something powerful about how exercise brings you together, and that was our main goal. A community.

Your feedback has meant the world to, we are listening and already planning events for the future.

There’s only two days until Christmas! ✨🎄

Come and enjoy a cosy class with us as we celebrate Christmas week.

The tree is up, candles are lit, and our wonderful instructors have their Santa hats at the ready.

We’re open every day except 25th December and we would love to welcome you in for a little festive cheer.

We just want to say a heartfelt thank you for all the support we’ve received since opening on Thursday.

The response has meant more to us than we can put into words, and we are so happy to finally be sharing Pilates with this community.

We feel incredibly lucky to have such wonderful teachers leading KŌR.
(very happily poached from London) and .09 bring so much care, experience and energy to every class ❤️

We are committed to continually improving and have some exciting things in the works. We would also genuinely love to hear any feedback or suggestions. It matters to us that KŌR truly serves its community, now and as it grows.
