As this year comes to a close, I want to pause and express my gratitude for being part of the volunteer family at . It has been a privilege to collaborate with so many inspiring, generous, and professional coaches and mentors based in Switzerland and beyond.

Looking back, this year has been rich in meaningful moments, learning experiences and achievements. From the HR Festival to the largest ICF conference in collaboration with IMD, as well as numerous chapter meetings and community events, what stands out most is the power of collaboration and shared purpose within our volunteer team.

A heartfelt thank you to the coaches & mentors with whom I partnered most closely this year, from Switzerland and beyond: Rodica Zerguine, Rodica Obancea, Rodica Roșu Fridez, Hilda Lorena, Monica Crețu, Albina Koch, Ana Maria Chițu, Swasti, Gina, Diana Olarescu, Diana Pislari, Oxana Beselea, Valentina Ceban, Ina Condrea, Liliana Grație, Evghenya and many others. Your trust, professionalism, and generosity made a real difference.

Being part of the rich community of coaches and mentors of ICF Switzerland is not only about giving back—it is also about learning, growing, and being part of a group of amazing people that apply and live by the values of coaching.

Thank you to everyone who contributed behind the scenes and on stage. Thank you for growing with me, for your trust, thank you for the opportunity to collaborate and support the growth of many beautiful people within corporations or not.

Împreună cu colega mea Diana Olarescu am creat un spațiu unic de conversție și suport pentru toate doamnele din zona germană a Elveției, unde te invit și pe tine să ni te alături.

Luna aceasta cu suportul generos al Monicăi Crețu, Communication Coach (ACC) care ne va ghida blînd.

Sper să ne vedem curînd la Oskar Kowalski Bar, la 5 minute din gara din Zürich.

First day of school… again! 🎓 I’ve started a DAS in People & Culture in German 🙈 🙊🙉 at FFHS—a new step toward my passion for coaching people and organizations. Impressed by the strong focus on AI and the blended learning model (80% online, 20% on-site), which makes it perfect for working professionals. Excited and terrified at the same time for this new challenge—wish me luck! 🍀

Today I did something I’ve never done before: I painted a plate with a mandala.

At first glance, my thoughts went straight to doubt:
👉 “I can’t do this nicely.”
👉 “The spirals are off.”
👉 “Should yellow even follow lavender?”
👉 “These colors don’t match… what was I thinking?”

I noticed mistakes. Two dots merged. Lines weren’t even. Everything felt a bit off — and I couldn’t stop focusing on that. The loudest voice in the room? My own inner critic. It whispered, “Just leave the plate here. Buy a perfect one from the store. No one will know.”

But I kept going. Quietly. Dot after dot, row after row — it turned into something like a meditation.

And then something clicked.
The woman next to me started saying out loud the exact same things I was thinking inside. Her mug, to her, was full of imperfections.

So I stopped. I looked at her and said:
✨ “Your mug is beautiful. It’s so you. So unique.” ✨

That moment made me realize — we’re so quick to judge ourselves, and yet we can so easily see beauty in others.

Here’s what I’m taking with me from today:
💖 Perfect is silent.
💖 Perfect doesn’t tell a story.
💖 Perfect doesn’t carry the laughter, the learning, or the moment.

My plate isn’t perfect — but it’s mine. And it holds this special memory forever.

If you’re starting something new and feel like you’re “not good at it” — keep going. Let it be messy. Let it be yours. You just might create something far more meaningful than “perfect.” 💫

When was the last time you truly celebrated a win — big or small?

Yesterday, while concluding a team coaching process, I asked each person individually:
✨ “How do you celebrate the end of this process?”

What followed was… hesitation. Some minimized it. Others avoided it altogether.

So I got curious — How does this team usually celebrate success?
Silence. Then the leader spoke:

“There’s no time. We’re already bracing for the next storm.”

And just like that, the mood in the room shifted.
You could feel the weight. The exhaustion. The sense of survival mode.

So I gently brought them back to the here and now and invited them to do something small — just one gesture for themselves, or together as a team, to mark the end of this months-long process.

🌟 They had achieved great results. That mattered. And it deserved to be seen.

And suddenly… ideas poured in. Laughter followed. Smiles returned.
They remembered what it feels like to acknowledge effort. To celebrate getting there.

Because celebration is about honoring the journey, the energy, the resilience.

We only get a limited number of summers in our lives — and this one? I’m choosing to soak up every second. ✨

Summer is a reminder to pause, slow down, and reconnect — with ourselves, with nature, and with the people who matter most. Whether it’s laughing with family, catching up with friends, enjoying team moments with colleagues, or just listening to the waves — this season is a gift. 🌊🍉🌻
