You don’t need a bigger win. You need a pause.
Not the kind where you scroll or multitask.
A real break—where nothing is being optimized, improved, or proven.
Today, in a conversation with a client, something clicked 💡
• Looking at the full part of the glass 🥛
• Taking breaks, even in a packed week ⏸️
• Doing one small thing for yourself each day 🌿
That’s the difference.
That’s how you avoid (another) burnout.
If you’re used to measuring your worth only by external validation, this will feel uncomfortable.
You might even try to “do it right.” That’s the pattern.
Try this instead:
• Put yourself on your own priority list 📌
(not at the end, not “if there’s time”)
• Take 5 minutes to reflect:
• What did I actually move forward today?
• Where did I show up well, even if no one noticed?
• Finish something before starting the next thing ✔️
Let completion set in. Let it land.
• Notice a small win… and pause again ✨
Acknowledge it. It counts.
This is how you shift the pace without losing momentum.
Not by doing more, but by noticing what’s already done.
