🌕✨ Earth Practice under the Super Harvest Moon
Today, I moved with the Earth element — steady, grounding, and deeply connected to the body — under the luminous energy of the Super Harvest Moon. This moon’s glow reminds us of completion, abundance, and the cyclical rhythm of release.
Through hip and heart-opening poses, I anchored into the lower chakras, the Root and Sacral, creating space to release stored emotions, fear, and resistance. As the energy rose, I opened the Throat and Third Eye Chakras, inviting truth and intuition to flow freely.
The Harvest Moon carries a potent vibration of emotional cleansing and renewal, guiding us to express what’s real, let go of what no longer serves us, and align with what’s ready to blossom.
Tonight’s practice became both a ritual and a reminder:
to ground into the Earth, speak with authenticity, trust intuition, and embrace the beauty of completion before the new cycle begins. 🌾💫
