❄️Dann mach mit beim “Beat the Winterblues” Kurs mit Angela im Younion Yoga. ❄️
🕯️Von anfangs November bis Ende Februar gibt es insgesamt 12 Gruppentreffen und eine Einzeltherapie Session. Die Gruppentreffen sind jeweils am Mittwoch und dauern zwischen 75 und 120 min (je nach Thema). 🕯️
Beat the Winterblues ist ein therapeutischer Kurs, mit Yoga, Ayurvedischen Routinen und Ritualen und Raum für Austausch. Ein Teil der Kosten können von der Zusatzversicherung übernommen werden.

YOGA BASICS WORKSHOP & 12-WOCHENKURS
Möchtest du das erste Mal in die Welt des Yoga eintauchen? Oder bringst du bereits Erfahrung mit und möchtest diese mit Grundlagen des Yogas erweitern?

In diesem aufbauenden Kurs liegt der Fokus darauf, die Grundelemente der Asana-Familien gemeinsam zu erforschen, den Geist und Körper neu wahrzunehmen.
Dafür tauchen wir auch ein in die Philosophie des Yoga, betrachten die Möglichkeiten der Stille, der Meditation und werden uns mit unserem Atem, dem Pranayama (Atemtechniken) beschäftigen.

RECHARGING BATTERIES
nothing better than a weekend retreat in the mountains, above the November fogs and mists, surrounded by inspiring people, immersing in deep yoga practices and indulging in nourishing freshly cooked delicious food.
