My Mindfulness Journey
Mindfulness and meditation have profoundly transformed my life in many ways, and I want to help you use mindfulness tools and practices to transform your life, too.
While studying mindfulness meditation, I’ve learned to show up in the world with an open and loving heart, accepting myself and my life just as it is in this moment. I’ve cultivated compassion for myself and others, while also fostering a deep sense of gratitude for this precious gift of life. The practice of mindfulness has also helped me embrace forgiveness—both for myself and others.
Throughout the day, I now connect with my breath and body through sacred pauses, grounding myself in the here and now. This has helped me live more fully in the present moment and genuinely enjoy it.
Mindfulness of emotions has taught me to accept and transform difficult emotions like anxiety, fear, anger, and frustration by embracing impermanence and equanimity. I used to suffer from debilitating anxiety attacks before learning simple mindfulness tools that I now use daily. Additionally, I’ve learned to work with physical and emotional pain by seeing it as a symptom rather than resisting it.
By using mindfulness of thoughts, I’ve been able to shed thoughts, stories, and beliefs that aren’t true and no longer serve me. This has allowed me to break through limited beliefs about myself that had been holding me back for years.
Through this practice, I’ve experienced a connection with universal love through loving-kindness meditation, and I’ve connected with incredible people from all around the world who share this journey.
