🚨For village style, there is no tension or stress on your bowel muscles as compared to the modern way.

_NB: This is one of the reasons you will go to the toilet but not able to p**p 🤧_

_Some tips to follow to ensure proper emptying of your bowels_ :

🚽 *Proper posture*: Sit comfortably with feet flat on floor or a stool, keeping knees higher than hips.
🚽*Relaxation*: Take deep breaths, relax pelvic floor muscles.
🚽 *Don't strain*: Avoid pushing too hard during bowel movements.
🚽 *Toilet positioning*: Consider using a squatting position or toilet stool to align re**um naturally.
