Yoga with Kethy Hello! My name is Kethy. I am a 200-hr certified Yoga Teacher in the Ottawa/Gatineau/Rockland region My name is Kethy, a yoga teacher and student. Breath. Move.

Mindful movements — strengthening and stretching muscles — while focusing on the rhythm of our breath. This yoga practice is meant to be taken at one's own pace, letting go of expectations and meeting the body and the mind in the present. I started my yoga journey as a student in 2013 and became a teacher in 2018. I am a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher with a background in ashtanga and vinyasa hatha yoga. I teach Slow Yoga Flows that are accessible to Beginners. I am available on YouTube (link upon request) and on Zoom for group classes. When you first step on your mat to start your practice, ask yourself:
●How do I feel, mind and body, right now?
●What is my energy level?
●How do I want to feel after class?
●What should I let go of to better enjoy this time for myself? Remember: you know the issues in your (body) tissues best. Be kind and gentle to yourself. Modify. Rest. Go hard. Go slow. Do you. I am only here to guide you. The journey is all yours. Enjoy!

Yoga, Thai Massage & Connection: This is for YOU!

As the season turns inward, join Jas and Kethy for a Sunday afternoon of deep rest and embodied release on November 23 at PranaShanti Education Centre

We’ll begin with a 45-minute yang yoga movement practice, followed by 45 minutes of slow, meditative Yin Yoga enhanced with the intuitive touch of Thai massage.

Through gentle assisted stretches, supported postures, and mindful breath, you’ll soften areas of tension and invite balance back into the body. This practice is designed to restore, ground, and help you reconnect to a sense of ease from within.

The session concludes with guided journaling, plus delicious chai, snacks, and surprise gifts.

📍Location: PranaShanti Education Centre, 950 Gladstone Ave., 2nd Floor, Ottawa (psssstt! Free parking)
✨Cost: $95.00 per person before November 15, 2025. $115.00 per person thereafter.

About your two guides:

Jas Bhandal

Jas is a yoga teacher, Thai massage practitioner, and movement facilitator with deep respect for the body’s innate wisdom. Trained in traditional Thai massage and multiple styles of yoga, she integrates mindful touch, breath awareness, and functional movement into her work. Her approach is rooted in curiosity, cultural reverence, and a decolonized understanding of yoga. Jas creates space for restoration, reconnection, and embodied self-awareness.

Kethy Sosso-Kolle

Kethy (she/her) is a Cameroonian/Canadian 200-hr Certified Yoga Teacher trained in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Hatha Yoga. She teaches a variety of styles including Yin, Yang Yin, Power, Flow, and Gentle Flow yoga. With an emphasis on mindfulness, her classes nurture kindness and compassion toward self and others. Expect sequences to warm up the body, followed by slower movements focusing on breath, balance, alignment, flexibility, and strength.

Parenthood Loss & Grieving Hearts: Yoga & Wellness Retreat at PranaShanti Yoga Centre on Saturday, October 18, 2025.

This half-day retreat is part of a passion project.

Miscarriages. False positives.
Endometriosis and fibroids. Infertility.
Multiple unsuccessful IUI and IVF treatments.
The financial burden. The emotional toll.
The pain. The shame. The silence. The loneliness.

Most times, I want to scream my story on the rooftops, stifled by the oppressive silence that society has wrapped around unfortunate circumstances that affect millions of people.

As one of the 1st teachers to join the studio in the chaos of 2020, from the bottom of my heart, it's been an honour and a pleasure to grow & bloom together.
