A little advice to women please as a woman have in mind that your va**na is not a white dress that we need brush clean to maintain the sparkling nature but rather we just wash with plain clean cool or look warm water no savon nor any other detergent. Va**na has its secretions that normally are present to keep it healthy. By the time you have washed off all the defending organisms like lactobacillus using chemicals all in the name freshing up to smell good, you exposed yourself to other bacteria found only in or on your body to multiple there if accidentally given access to the va**na. Yeast is always present there at a certain level but when given a favourable condition it multiplies above limit causing the itching and all the heavy discharges that keeps women uncomfortable and worried all the time. Therefore prevention is better than cure take good care of it.
