A healthy mind is the foundation of a happy and productive life. Just as we care for our bodies, we must also care for our thoughts, emotions, and mental well-being. When the mind is strong and balanced, it becomes a powerful defense against depression.
Depression is more than temporary sadness. It can drain energy, reduce motivation, and affect daily life. However, building healthy mental habits can reduce its impact.
