HOW TO PERFORM A SELF BREAST EXAM

1. Find a comfortable, private space with good lighting.

2. Stand in front of a mirror and examine your breasts visually.

3. Look for any changes in size, shape, or skin texture.

4. Raise your arms above your head and check again for changes.

5. Lie down on your back and place a pillow under your right shoulder.

6. Use your left hand to examine your right breast with your fingers.

7. Press gently in circular motions, covering the entire breast area.

8. Repeat the process for the left breast using your right hand.

9. Check for any lumps, swelling, or unusual discharge from the ni**les.

10. Perform the exam monthly, ideally a few days after your period.
