It means there is excess heat in your upper body.
You can use following 3 exercise to clear it:
1. Pinch the big tendon in front of the armpit, 100 times each side.
2. Knock on the armpit, 100 times each side.
3. Pinch the big tendon behind the armpit, 100 times each side.

Chinese medicine believes that all diseases originate from the heart, so it is not wrong to start treating most diseases from the heart.

There are many kinds of fire in the body, such as stomach fire, liver fire, heart fire, and kidney fire. But fundamentally speaking, fire starts from the heart and then spreads to other organs.

The armpits and the front and back tendons mainly belong to the heart, and are also related to the liver. Massaging these three areas mainly reduces heart fire and liver fire. Once the heart fire is reduced, most of the other fires can be reduced.
