Weight Loss ≠ Fat Loss ≠ Shape 💪✨
The first picture shows weight loss. I dropped kilos, cut carbs drastically, and yes, I lost fat but my shape and definition weren’t there. It worked, but it didn’t give me the look I was aiming for.
The second picture? That’s fat burn and shape. By carefully adjusting my diet, gradually increasing carbs, and progressively ramping up cardio, I burned fat while building definition and boosting my metabolism, even in a calorie surplus. That’s the difference between just losing weight and actually transforming your body.
This journey shows why it’s never one-size-fits-all. Every client I work with gets a plan tailored to their body, goals, and lifestyle. It’s not just about calories, it’s about sleep, hormones, digestion, and recovery, everything that makes your body respond properly.
