RAPID FETAL FIBRONECTIN (fFN) TEST DEVICEÂ Â (Colloidal gold)

INTENDED USE
The Rapid fFN Cassette is an in vitro diagnostic device and is intended to be used for the qualitative detection of fetal fibronectin in cervicovaginal secretions. The presence of fFN in cervicovaginal secretions between 22 weeks, 0 days and 34 weeks, 6 days of gestation is associated with elevated risk of preterm delivery in ⤠7 or ⤠14 days from the time of sample collection in pregnant women.
TEST PROCEDURE
1. Bring the complete device and samples  to be tested to room temperature prior to testing. Once the device pouch is open  ed, it must be used within half hour.

1. One Step ANTI-TP Rapid Screen Test is a chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of antibodies to TP in human serum.Two Purified recombinant antigens of TP are used in test band as capture materials and gold conjugates.

2. If the antibody of Anti-TP is present in the sample in concentration above the labeled, complex will be formed. This complex is then captured by antigen immobilized in the Test Zone of the membrane, producing a visible pink-rose color band on the membrane. The color intensity will depend on the concentration of the anti-TP present in the sample.

3. This one step test is very sensitive and only takes about 15 minutes. Test results are read visually without any instrument.
