✨ New Blog Post ✨
The story of Teo’s birth is now live on my blog 💫
I share how I used aromatherapy, herbs, breath, and movement as my medicine through labor. 🌿💧🕯️
It’s both a personal reflection and a guide for anyone curious about natural, holistic birth support.

Teo turned one month old, and my heart is full. 💛 His birth was fast, powerful, and deeply connected—and the rituals I prepared with aromatherapy, music, and breath carried me through each moment.

I wrote a reflection about this journey and the ways self-care continues to ground me in motherhood. You can read it now on my blog (link in bio). 🔗

✨ May it inspire you to honor your own rituals of care.

One month of love, growth, and gentle rituals 🌿💛
Tomorrow, Teo will be one month old, and I’m reflecting on this incredible journey — from his birth to the rhythms of our new life together. Each day has been a mix of awe, learning, and gentle surrender.

My post-bath rituals have become sacred moments: soft steam, the gentle scent of lemongrass and lavender, warm oil gliding over my skin. These little moments ground me and remind me that nurturing myself is part of nurturing him.

I notice the subtle changes each day — tiny smiles, delicate movements, the quiet rhythm of our shared breaths. Even brief pangs of fullness during breastfeeding now feel like part of a rhythm I honor.

Teo’s first month is a beautiful reminder that life is made up of small, intentional moments — each one sacred, each one grounding me in love, presence, and gratitude. 🌿💛

The most rewarding outcomes tend to spring from an openness to the unpredictable, and a mindset that embraces it all.

We made it to 40 weeks of gestation and baby Teo arrived August 2, 11:19pm. I am still collecting my thoughts but soon will be sharing my journey with the hopes that it may empower and inspire you to have a conscious pregnancy journey.

Have questions? Love to hear your thoughts 💫

A escucharme. A confiar.

🕉️

✨ “In every change, there is a dance. An invitation to release the past and find balance in the new.” ✨

Natarajasana, the dancer’s pose, honors Shiva as the cosmic dancer—creator, sustainer, and dissolver of all that exists. In Advaita Vedānta, this dance is not separate from the Self; it is the Self in motion. There is no duality—only the One expressing itself through form and change.

This posture reminds me that every transformation in life is a sacred movement. A chance to soften, to let go, to trust, and to realign with something deeper and unchanging within.

🌀 Can you feel that cosmic rhythm within you?

Círculo de tambores. 100 mujeres.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.
It’s a time to shed light on the importance of emotional well-being, reduce stigma, and remind each other that mental health is just as vital as physical health.

Established in 1949, May was chosen to create space for education, open dialogue, and community support before the rush of summer—a season when mental health challenges can quietly intensify. It’s an invitation to pause, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves and one another.

For me, honoring mental health means making space for both the light and the shadow. It’s choosing presence over perfection. It’s learning that vulnerability is strength, and that rest is not a reward—it’s a necessity.

This year, I’m celebrating the courage it takes to show up for yourself. To speak your truth. To find stillness in movement and movement in stillness.

Mental wellness is not a destination—it’s a practice. A daily returning to breath, to body, to being.

You are not alone. You are worthy. You are healing.

……………………………………………………………………………………..
Sitting at the edge of the ocean, I feel the same stillness that watches waves rise and fall within me.
This body carries a new life, yet the Self remains unchanged—pure awareness, untouched by form.

Pregnancy has become a deep sadhana. A daily invitation to surrender, to witness, to dissolve the illusion of control.
In this moment, there is only breath, the warmth of the sun, the rhythm of the sea, and the joy of being.

Grateful beyond words to my dear friend Ruta, whose patient presence and loving eye helped me feel safe, seen, and soft enough to simply be myself.
This image is a mirror—of life, of friendship, of the quiet beauty of Now.

Bālāsana, Stillness & the End of Illusion

“There is no becoming the Self.
There is only remembering you are That.”

In the quiet fold of Bālāsana, we return.
To the breath.
To the body.
To awareness without striving.

This simple posture—often dismissed as a resting shape—is where truth lives.
Not in doing more.
But in being less.

Patañjali writes:

“Yogaś citta-vṛtti-nirodhaḥ” (Yoga Sūtra 1.2)
Yoga is the stilling of the fluctuations of the mind.

In that stillness, māyā loses power.
The illusion of separation dissolves.
And the Self—the ātman—shines unobscured.

Stillness is not emptiness.
It is remembrance.
Of the truth we keep forgetting:
You were never lost. You were never broken.
You are That.

Tat Tvam Asi.

Ustrasana (Camel Pose) 💛
A beautiful heart opener and gentle backbend that strengthens the spine, stretches the front body, and supports emotional release.

In pregnancy, this pose can be deeply grounding when practiced mindfully—keeping hands on the low back or elevated on blocks, and focusing on lifting the chest rather than compressing the lower back.

Why I love it:💘
It invites vulnerability while building strength. Rooted through the legs, open through the heart.. expanding..
As always, listen to your body and modify as needed. Movement is meant to support, not strain.

Namaste 🕉️
