It gets down to the bare bones of what is true wealth. Material wealth can bring freedom and security, but it can also trap you in its struggle making you vulnerable to worldly mishaps. The riches of the inner wealth are your spiritual strength and the strong love in your heart - that can’t be taken from you. Inner wealth brings self-love and an inner freedom separate from the material desires. We are children playing out life on the world stage. Miss fortune and struggle are the script giving opportunities to expand ourselves spiritually and collectively. Spirit is always there guiding you through life‘s journey. Faith in spirit sometimes is the only tool you possess.

Every Monday at 12:30 I am teaching an hour long Kaula Ta**ra Yoga class in midtown. Come move slow, explore your body, flow into you asanas and go deep. I will guide you to move in a relaxed way to not force your body and to just listen and be where your at. If you are not a member of Genesis you can still drop in.

Some days it feels like external conditions are blocking every attempt to move forward this year, there is no hidden message to decipher. It may not feel as so but we are in a natural cycle, so know things will flow again in due course. Let’s stop resisting and fighting against situations and just flow. Find relaxation in these times.
