Goddesses unite! We are delighted to announce our next retreat taking place Nov 17-22 in gorgeous Nosara, Costa Rica. Meditation, yoga, dance, personal inquiry, sharing circles to connect with other amazing women, delicious local food, excursions to the beach and jungle to see monkeys, sloths, hummingbirds, sea turtles, and all the other amazing wildlife in this area, and of course plenty of downtime to hang by the pool. We will find a healthy balance of working on ourselves and also taking time to restore and rejuvenate our bodies, minds, and spirits. ✨😎🌴🦋✨

Sister, we see you. We know your struggle and we know that just like us, you are carrying so much for yourself, your family, and your community. We are all working so hard to pick up the pieces, wade through huge transitions, and keep moving forward after this unique and incredibly challenging year. It's time for us to come back to ourselves and remember our life path.

We feel the time is right for us to come together to release the old energetic baggage, connect deeply with each other, remember the healing power of nature, renew our bodies and rejuvenate our spirits. When we fill our cup, we have more to share with those we love. It is time.

It is with great pride and joy that we announce the Sacred Goddess Retreat 2021 in the magical and healing lands of Nosara, Costa Rica! Using the practices of yoga, somatic movement, ecstatic dance, personal inquiry, authentic sharing circles, massage, and PLAY, we can move through what isn't serving and then look within to remember our gifts and come back to our natural state of JOY. We would be honored to share this experience with you if you are feeling the call. Come home to yourself, sister. You are worth It.

Winter Solstice Fire Ceremony. Just moments before we were about to gather, the rains started pouring down. We were so disappointed but had faith that the ceremony would go on one way or another. Luckily, after waiting it out for about 15 minutes while singing songs and playing drums, the rains ceased and the ceremony commenced! And we were so glad we held out. It was such a powerful moment during our retreat. We gathered together to burn away all the things that weren’t serving us in 2019 and call in new agreements for 2020.
