🚨Cupping Therapy🚨

Cupping Therapy uses negative pressure to relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair aiding in muscle recovery.

We all use different ways to recover when our muscles feel sore or ache, because it is an important part of performance. Whether you’re in the gym daily or have a strenuous hands on job preventing injury is key to functioning optimally. If stretching and foam rolling is the last thing you prioritize, try a cupping session!
