Just 15 minutes from the vibrant Caribbean town of Puerto Viejo, our retreat space is tucked away in a lush green valley where the jungle hums with life.

Here, you’re surrounded by towering trees, birdsong, and the fresh scent of rainforest earth. It’s not a silent retreat center, but the land itself invites slowness. There are places to sit in stillness, a cabin for deep rest, a jungle-view yoga deck, a clean river to swim in, and fruit trees everywhere you look.

Your private cabin has everything you need: a warm shower, a comfortable bed, and space to return to yourself. You’ll wake to the sounds of nature, walk barefoot on the earth, and move at your own pace.

Something beautiful is happening…

The first two bookings for the June retreats just came in .. and interestingly, they’re both for The Devotional Man. Out of all the offerings, it’s the men’s work that’s calling in the first guests.

It brings me so much joy to witness this. It’s a clear reflection of where my deepest excitement truly lies…
In working with men.
In building brotherhood.
In co-creating a new language together.. one rooted in rising, in becoming deeper:

I have an exciting announcement coming …

These weeks have been so liberating… and also excruciating. The fire burns … the desires, the attachments, the grasping, I feel them all … all the stories I had created that put limitations and boxes around my willingness to open, to Love.

What has changed ? Instead of merely feeling these experiences, or sitting with them, or avoiding them.. I am bowing to them.. a full and deep bow.. they are the holy holy grounds from which this fire can burn upon.. they are the signs that point the way… the fuel that burns away all the stuff and empty me out so that Love itself can have its way with me.. I am “staying” with them.. fully staying with them.. holding them in their entirety without wanting them to be anything other than they are… they know now I’m not going anywhere.

I’m so grateful for the Grace that has touched my experience… I wish nothing but truth for you too.

The exciting announcement? I will soon share with you more information about Anatta Retreats’ first group retreat.. hosted in the jungles of Caribbean Costa Rica!
