My heart feels oh so full... 💓

Yesterday marked the completion of the 4th run of my RISE program for women - that makes 48 weeks in total of Divine Feminine Empowerment over the past couple of years! Every single moment spent with each group of awesome goddesses who joined in has been such a profound blessing.

Although this season of RISE is complete, our rising continues! 🙌

And... 5 weeks from today (on October 19th) my brand new beloved program (r)evolve begins. It will be a 6 week online journey into deep & real transformation - quite literally, the evolution of revolution. The clearing and transmuting of our old dense way/s and patterns of being. Stepping bravely and boldly, with radical love, into a NEW destiny, a NEW timeline. A high, full-spectrum recalibration with Soul light + Soul purpose. ✨

I just realized that it was nearly 30 years ago that I began my journey of becoming a facilitator of healing at the Transformational Arts College in Toronto. Wild! My personal path of devoted transformation and my commitment to powerfully facilitating the loving transformation of others are some of the most deeply meaningful and fulfilling aspects of my existence. My greatest loving service to myself and to all. 🙏

Wow. What a week. What a group! What an extraordinary experience guiding these 8 gorgeous souls into Reiki Mastery here at . ❤️‍🔥 My heart is over the top, filled with immense love, humility, and gratitude. 🙏🏼

Each precious moment of the Bright Shining Light retreat was filled with such high energies of healing & transformation.

I was reminded yet again why I am forever in love with Reiki! It brings such deep & powerful healing to body, mind, heart, and SOUL. 🌸

A little Wednesday Wisdom... ✨

As I prepare to lead 21 awesome women in the third run of my RISE: Divine Feminine Empowerment program this fall & winter, I am reading Brené Brown's book RISING STRONG: How the Ability to Reset Transforms the Way We Live, Love, Parent, and Lead. 💗

Feeling super inspired by all the insight coming through Brene's wise words as she clearly names and describes the various steps in the process of authentic rising. It is such a courageous path filled with much honesty, vulnerability, and fierce love.

It is inevitable in this life that at times we fall, we fumble, we stumble, we falter, we waver, we struggle, we find ourselves in our own 'dark nights of the soul'. We are not alone, even if it sometimes can feel that way. This will not last forever, even if it sometimes we fear it might... There is light both within and ahead, even if it's hard to see and to feel.

In Brené Brown's words:

'In the rising strong process, we can't chart a brave new course until we recognize exactly where we are, get curious about how we got there, and decide where we want to go.'

Honouring all of us brave humans charting brave new courses and living fully into, through, and beyond every Rising step. 🙏
