Save the date for this year's Loba Retreat! This year's theme is "ground with compassion and embrace your divine feminine power". It's about rooting down to radiate out. Taking refuge in Mother Earth - feeling her love and nurturing your soul in nature. Remembering and embracing who you are. Activating your divine feminine power. And fully embodying compassion for yourself and others.

In our increasingly fast-paced world, we are being pulled into our cerebral body and away from our hearts. We are being pulled into our masculine (the goal-driven doer) and away from our feminine (the playful and compassionate creative).

This retreat is focused on grounding and restoring our connection with Mother Earth, bringing us out of our heads and into our hearts. Then from this safe space, inviting the divine feminine energy to awaken and emerge. Remembering what the feminine energy feels like and playing with it again!

Our planet needs YOU - your authentic magic and expression. And your feminine essence is a big part of who you are.

I am overjoyed to be partnering with Catherine Jane Paulson again on this retreat! Catherine is a Venado local who brings over 20 years of healing experience. Her modalities include bodywork, yoga, meditation, reiki, breathwork, and sound healing.

I wanted to share this 45-min meditation and piano sound bath experience that embodies a theme of this year's Loba Retreat - grounding with compassion - self-love, forgiveness, and remembering our connection with mother earth. During the session you have the opportunity to meet one of your shadows with love and acceptance, and reintegrate this piece of your soul to feel a renewed sense of self love.

This is the full video from a live broadcast, so you'll have to skip ahead 10 or 15 minutes for the start of the session. It is a 45min experience, so find a nice quiet place to nestle in and enjoy it :)

For those in the US - this event was a fundraiser for The Chakras Oasis women's retreat that I'm coordinating with Faye Creech and JoAnne Miller. The retreat will be in Utah (halfway between SLC and Moab) this fall. Follow for more info and to stay updated!

shoutout 🙏🫶 Loba Retreats has so much gratitude for the Venado community for sharing these special moments with us. A big part of our concept is cultural immersion and giving back. Partnering with Clara Vista, our last retreat invested $4,400 into the hands of locals - $1,800 of which went directly to families in Venado and the Venado Community Center.

Why cultural immersion? Our retreats are designed to remove the layers of influence and programming so you can reunite with your authentic self. We believe it is in this special, raw, true environment that you are empowered to heal yourself. Being immersed in another culture helps to dissolve that cultural layer of influence - to see things from a different perspective. The culture of Venado is so beautifully simplistic and is centered around family, community, and connection. They have so little but are rich in so many ways.

Clara Vista founded the local community center 10 years ago which empowers local leaders to organize and make change. The center serves as a platform for community meetings, events, classes, maternal health support and milk distribution for infants, childrens after-school programming, etc.

This Giving Tuesday consider donating to Clara Vista. Their annual holiday fundraising campaign is what keeps their doors open every year and every dollar counts.

Baking classes with Maribel! It was so lovely connecting our wolf pack with my neighbors in Venado. Watching the two cultures interact, share, and learn together warmed my heart.

Maribel started her bakery through being awarded a very competitive small business grant with the support of Clara Vista. She started with selling just a few things out of her house and now she has her own roadside restaurant!! I am incredibly proud of her.

It's truly a story of empowerment and reminds us what we can accomplish with the right attitude, grit, and determination. A beautiful balance of the divine masculine and the divine feminine.

At the end of the week, this provided a playful breath of fresh air!
