My name is Adi Broder Greenberg, mother of Guy 7 y.o and Talya 5 y.o, married to Michael.
I am an Infant Development Instructor of the "First Step" method as well as Diagnosing and Treating sleeping difficulties by "0.1 Sleeping skills" method.
The "First Step" method is a one-of-a-kind system applying a different perspective on babies’ development, and on the link between development in infancy and ensuing difficulties in childhood and adolescence.
1. Proper motor and sensory development in babies sets the infrastructure for fulfilling the baby’s full potential in later years.
2. From birth to age two, motor and sensory development unfolds in fixed, systematic stages. Babies need to go through each stage on time, fulfilling all the steps of that stage. Doing so, ensures the best baby development possible.
3. To allow proper motor and sensory development, babies require a suitable environment; this includes their parents, their physical conditions and how people relate to them.
4. Creating such a suitable environment is not an easy task in contemporary life.
My goal is to help you create the right development environment, despite modern life challenges - so your baby develops fully and properly!
"0.1 Sleeping skills" method is the only system that deals with sleeping difficulties from birth stage in a holistic way: sensory, behavioral and functional.
At the base of the method there are five principles that build sleeping skills:
1. The baby's sleeping potential.
2. The stimuli to which the baby is exposed while awake.
3. Sleeping schedule.
4. Baby and family sleeping customs.
5. Parental leadership.
I'm here to help you to improve your baby's sleeping skills and help your family sleep better!
