After reflecting for a week I'm thinking of starting this again I will need help there is no rush first I'm starting a mental health drive/charity talking group for men's health with the hope to connect with some specialists this is what I always wanted todo and somthing very close to my heart as a huge sufferer my self I've been through many walks of life I'd like to share that with others
