It's literally about hammering the Fundamentals over and over again:

• Optimizing your Circadian Rhythms, Light Environment & Sleep ☀️⏰🌙
• Eating correct amount of Kcals for your Goals 🔑 (quantity, timing of food & quality)
• Resistance Training minimum 3 x per week 🏋🏽‍♂️
• Move often throughout the day 👣
• Managing Stress Levels
• Consistency, Adherence & Sustainability
• Living a Healthy Lifestyle Overall

These are the pillars of health I live by! You cannot expect to transform your body in any significant & sustainable way, without directing your life in the right direction through optimizing all pillars of health.

On 1st November 2024 I initiated a deliberate Bulking phase (eating as much food as I could) for 2 Months until the end of December. The goal through this was to increase the amount of muscle I was carrying on my frame.

On 1st January 2025 I initiated my dieting phase to reveal my hard earned work. The current status can be noted in the pictures. I would say that it's going pretty well so far.

💥 The only thing I swapped from all the lifestyle practices is the diet and specifically the amount of food I was eating in terms of Kcals. Everything else remained the same. This is why I say that fat loss is simple! I literally changed only 1 variable. When you build a life that is in alignment with your goals and life you wish to live, you don't need to change all the variables if you wish to transform your body composition.

From plant based to animal based diet. No changes were made in terms of training, but simply a diet shift.

I thought that I had made a big transformation already after 1 year, but clearly there was alot more to come with an ancestrally appropriate diet.

I had been mostly plant based throughout my life until two years ago. It's incredible what happens when the body is supplied with all bio-available and essential nutrients from animal foods.

If we follow an Ancestral and Circadian appropriate diet, it's not possible to be only plant based for long-term. Our body was designed to be omnivore, to be able to eat meat, fruits and vegetables. However that comes in an order of priority.

Animal foods are used for building and regenerating the body. Whereas plants are very useful for detoxification and cleansing the body. Fruits and vegetables are primarily designed to be used at circadian signalling, as those mainly grow at certain times of the year at certain locations. Meat, however is available all year around.

My initial trigger for change was my body's calling for better energy and health - I was fortunate to not override that urge, as I had embodied a strong belief system around eating animal based foods, which didn't support my health and vitality.

👇🏽 Here is what I did before and after:

🔑 The biggest thing I changed was my Kcals intake from 3500 to 2000 Kcals.
• Honor my Circadian Rhythms (Light & Dark Cycle)
• Eat Correct amount Kcals for my Goals!
• Daily Movement (Walk, Rope Flow...)
• Hard Resistance Training 4 times per week
• 8 hours +Sleep every Night
• Eating only Nutrient Dense Real Foods
• Minimize Toxic Load from Environment & Toxic Personal Care Products
• Minimize Artificial Blue Light at any time of the Day
• Melanin Maxxing Outside in the Sun & Grounded to the Earth DAILY
• Cold Water Immersion daily
• Focused on Deuterium Depleting Diet
• Distance from nn-EMFs as much as possible
• In general I took time every day for Self-Care and relaxation time, especially before bed, the body has a harder time letting go of fat in Fight and Flight (sympathetic dominant state).

The human body is a battery and needs to be charged every single day. When it's not charged or is discharged... Keep on reading

2/3 of our energy is meant to be harvested by having connection with nature. The other third is from food. This energy harvest, charges our human battery. The aim is to extract electrons from the environment and our food source. Electrons are required for every single process in the body. Without electrons we basically die!

Disease begins to manifest itself when there is not enough energy in the system to meet what the body requires to carry out its biological processes.

The body has an innate intelligence, that can only take place in the presence of enough cellular energy. Without this cellular energy we cannot detoxify efficiently, regenerate, repair, heal, build muscle or lose fat!

Keep in mind that in an ideal world charging the human battery would be sufficient to thrive. Unfortunately we live in a modern world where a lot of discharging is occurring to our body. This means we have to make sure that we are not draining our human battery, in addition to recharging it from our environment and the food.

🔋 Things that charge the human battery:

• Sunlight
• The Earth, Grounding
• Sleep
• Darkness
• Nutrient Dense Foods
• Real Water
• Salt
• Red and Infrared Light
• Cold Thermogenesis
• Movement
• Nasal Breathing

🪫 Things that discharge the human battery:

• Artificial Blue Light (especially after sunset)
• Non-native EMFs
• Lack of Sleep
• Not Grounding
• Lack of Darkness (specifically at night)
• Not getting Sunlight
• Eating processed Food
• Tech Abuse
• Indoor Living
• Not Moving
• Mouth Breathing
• Environmental Pollutants and Toxins
• Toxic Personal Care Products
• Plastics
• Toxic Relationships
• Stress in general

🔸Think of the body being in constant fluctuation between charging and discharging. The aim is to have more charge and never be on the lower side. If we want to thrive and be optimal, we must make sure that our battery is fully charged and prevent discharge at all costs. Health is simple.

🔸So many individuals are missing out on those 2/3 of energy harvest, due to the fact that they only rely on food for energy and spend the majority of their life indoors.

🔸If we do not get in connection with nature everyday, we are not going to meet our bodies demands of energy requirement, to carry out it's fundamental biological processes.

🔸Not charging the body sufficiently on a daily basis and allowing discharge to occur from the things I previously mentioned, is a very dangerous game.
