👇🏽 Fat Loss is meant to be SIMPLE ⚔️🔥
It's literally about hammering the Fundamentals over and over again:
• Optimizing your Circadian Rhythms, Light Environment & Sleep ☀️⏰🌙
• Eating correct amount of Kcals for your Goals 🔑 (quantity, timing of food & quality)
• Resistance Training minimum 3 x per week 🏋🏽♂️
• Move often throughout the day 👣
• Managing Stress Levels
• Consistency, Adherence & Sustainability
• Living a Healthy Lifestyle Overall
These are the pillars of health I live by! You cannot expect to transform your body in any significant & sustainable way, without directing your life in the right direction through optimizing all pillars of health.
On 1st November 2024 I initiated a deliberate Bulking phase (eating as much food as I could) for 2 Months until the end of December. The goal through this was to increase the amount of muscle I was carrying on my frame.
On 1st January 2025 I initiated my dieting phase to reveal my hard earned work. The current status can be noted in the pictures. I would say that it's going pretty well so far.
💥 The only thing I swapped from all the lifestyle practices is the diet and specifically the amount of food I was eating in terms of Kcals. Everything else remained the same. This is why I say that fat loss is simple! I literally changed only 1 variable. When you build a life that is in alignment with your goals and life you wish to live, you don't need to change all the variables if you wish to transform your body composition.
