This topic is an evergreen! As a people pleaser in recovery, I've been through a lot of struggles with expressing my needs, wishes and boundaries. It's an ongoing journey but I found really good tools and I developed a directness, that helps me to create safety for myself. I want to share the most helpful bits with you and let you know: You're alright. You can do it. And: Even for those of you who arr not struggling, you may want to be curious about how you can improve your relationships and interactions by developing kind boundaries and clear communication as well as compassion and awareness :)
