Excited to announce another Backbend Workshop! This session, we’ll stick to our proven structure of thorough warm-ups and conditioning, but introduce new peak and preparatory postures to deepen your practice. If you attended the Masterclass in January, expect new asanas 🐍

Join us online & in-person for 2 hours of exploring the art of backbending, where we focus on key areas: hips, back, shoulders and neck. Expect partner exercises and detailed technique breakdowns to help you achieve sustainable and comfortable backbends.

Open to all levels, whether you’re a regular or a newcomer, there’s something for everyone. Can’t wait to see you on the mat!

With a recovering knee, I’m back spending more time at home practicing 🖤 this temporary phase of healing is guiding me to a new training routine.

In these last 4 months I spent most of my time improving the external rotation of my hips through ashtanga. Now that this is impossible to do at the moment, I’m back bringing 100% of my energy to my backbend and inversion practice.

Finding your sanctuary on the mat at home — this is the beauty of establishing a home yoga practice. Although the thrill is to master asanas, we all know it’s more than this.

Choosing to commit to a regular practice teaches us to embrace the freedom to craft our own experience. What does this really mean?

By stepping onto your mat out of your own free will, you’re not just nurturing and moving your body, but you’re also affirming your ability to shape what’s ahead from this commitment to yourself.

Isn’t ovulation the best time of the cycle? That week of the month, with three glorious days of feeling powerful, graceful, and radiant 🩸✨

Often, it’s viewed solely as our prime window for conception. Yet, it encompasses so much more! Ovulation boosts muscle gain, regulates immune function, and enhances overall our mood and well-being.

Sadly, it’s disheartening to know that hormonal birth control is taught to us as the prescription to “fix” hormonal health or prevent pregnancy, without considering its broader impacts. What we aren’t told is that, as a consequence, we’re numbing our body’s most vital indicator of good health. Fertility is way more than simply making babies. It signifies a balanced, fully functional and healthy body supporting our mind and soul 🌹

When do I grant myself permission to slow down? I use the phases of the hormonal cycle to determine the best time to relax: the end of the luteal phase and during the menstrual cycle.

The impact on your body differs when the same amount of work is done during the follicular and ovulation phases compared to the second half of the luteal phase and during menstruation.

While it might be rewarding to push boundaries and stay active with high estrogen and progesterone levels, persisting when hormonal levels are dropping can feel nothing less but draining.

Remember it’s not about working hard, but playing smart 🤸🏻🩸

About Lee

Born and mostly raised in Stockholm, I encountered yoga during my teenage years. At 17 years old my passion for yoga bloomed and I would observe the dedicated yogis sharing their journey through social media, and I was inspired to challenge myself to see how far I could get. After 2 years of practice, my then yoga teacher encouraged me to pursue my own path as a yoga teacher. It was just an idea in my head, but it became reality after my High School graduation.

By always being the youngest at my workplace, I constantly felt motivated further develop my skills by learning from my experienced colleagues. It was never about how perfect, strong or elegant my poses appeared on the mat, but about how I could transmit the peace and harmony that yoga brought to me through meditation and the practice of asanas. Over these years of practice and teaching, my journey has become more meaningful as I’ve learned more about the world in myself. “Who Am I” remains unknown for most of us as we search for a purpose and reason to live. I aim to demonstrate and teach the tools of self-discovery in order to guide people towards their revelation of their innermost true self.
