Ever felt the stress of life in your shoulders?
Swimming is a great sport for reducing tension. We can drop our shoulders and let the water carry their weight.
Sometimes we are tightening the hands, fixing them in positions and this just makes the shoulders stiffen more.
Point your hands but don't tense them. Loose arms, hands and wrists are more flexible and support you better in the rotation.
Loose hands also move water backwards, even with fingers slightly open.
