Wait… another period? Already?! Yes, it’s actually possible to have your period twice in one month. 😳
Your cycle can shift — maybe it’s shorter, or starts a bit earlier than usual. Stress, hormones, or lifestyle changes can play a role too.
If it keeps happening or feels different from what’s normal for you, talk to a healthcare provider. 💬 It’s always okay to ask questions about your body. 💪🏿

You might have heard about copper coils (IUDs) and hormonal coils (IUSs) — but what’s the difference?
👉🏿 Both are small T-shaped-devices, that are placed in your womb and prevent pregnancy for a longer time, but they work in different ways:
👉🏽 An copper coil (IUD) is made of plastic and covered in copper (or another metal) and prevents pregnancy by releasing copper ions. Depending on the type it can last for 5 to 10 years.
👉 An IUS is also made of plastic, but has a tiny reservoir, that slowly releases a hormone called progestin to prevent pregnancy. Depending on the type it can last for 3 to 8 years.
👉🏻 Both are placed by a trained health-care-provider and can be removed any time.

We decided on the contraceptive injection because it gives us something priceless — peace of mind. ☮️
The type we are using protects us for three months at a time from an unwanted pregnancy – and lets us relax and enjoy our relationship without the constant stress or worry.
For us, contraception isn’t just about avoiding pregnancy. It’s about feeling free, confident, and safe together.
That’s what real love feels like — calm, caring, and full of trust. 💛

Is he really the right one?
If you can talk about getting intimate…
you should also be able to talk about protection, testing, and consent. 💪 And if that conversation feels awkward or ‘too much’ for him - maybe he’s not ready for what comes with intimacy.
🤟 Because making love isn’t just physical. It’s about trust, safety, and respect.
If those things are missing… maybe he’s not the one (yet).

Wondering when’s the right time to take a pregnancy test?
Here’s the deal: the best time is after your period is late.
If your period was supposed to come yesterday — that’s when you can test.
Waiting a few more days (or even a week) can make the result more accurate.
✨ Pro tip: Do it in the morning!
That’s when your body’s hormone levels are highest — making the test more reliable.
No shame. No panic.
The earlier you know, the more time you have — whether the test is positive or negative — to understand your situation and make the decisions that feel right for you. 💛
