About K**e Del Val
From an early age, K**e has been very interested in Massage and Yoga. He is passionate about understanding how the body functions and exploring it’s infinite possibilities, in a physical, spiritual and esoteric way. Twelve years ago, he moved to London and has travelled to Asia on multiple occasions to study and experience and then share his knowledge. Yoga and Thai massage have always been the guiding structure of his therapies.
During his time in London, he gained a wealth of knowledge and skills about anatomy and physiology, massage techniques, as well as different reflexology methods, sports massage, myofascial release, trigger points, sen lines activation and ayurvedic therapies with marma points.
This all made for a strong foundation to understand bodies, with patients in therapies and trainees in Yoga, all have responded well and shown great improvements in their physical and mental well-being, which is the motivating factor behind everything he does! Back in 2010 while he was in India, he started to deeply study Yoga as a movement-related therapy, a great compliment to his Thai massage practice and Sports massage therapies. Since then Acrobatic yoga, Ashtanga yoga and many other move-related forms he has been developing. In 2015 he returned to Mysore in South India, to intensively study Ashtanga Vinyasa and to start with Ayurveda treatments, because according to the Vedic principles - “the keys of health are Ayurveda for the body and Yoga for the mind”, “I would add, and acrobatics for the soul”.
