The first ITM Alexander Technique workshop in Berlin is coming up on 30/11 - 01/12! 🤯

Excited to have (pictured) as the teacher, bringing over 30 years of experience in helping people find greater freedom and ease of motion.

Stefan is an amazing teacher. It's a wonderful experience to find that you can move freely after a lesson, in ways you didn't imagine were possible, if you have an open mind 😉
