It was such an incredible journey with lots of release on all levels, lots of deep talk, laughs and coziness. โœจ

Thank you to our participants for your trust, for being brave and vulnerable and for allowing yourself to release. This was YOUR time to embrace your new chapter, to release what has been holding you back and to step into your full power. ๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

This retreat was a blend of sound healing, cacao ceremony, guided meditation, breath work and life coaching. Mother earth supported us as well as the planetary alignment and the ongoing intense energies. They helped us to release and become our most authentic self. โ™ฅ๏ธ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŒŠ

The amazing vegan food nourished our bodies to embark the journey and let our inner child dance. Homemade fresh food as well as freshly baked sourdough bread, soups, fruits, overnight oats and filled dates got us a good dopamine kick. ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿค—

Journaling, some dancing and shaking in the mornings, cold water immersions and all the beautiful sound journeys and meditations helped the participants to fully embark the inner journey.

We are so happy and grateful for this opportunity. โ™ฅ๏ธ

Thank you & for this journey of healing, learning, growing and expanding. It has been such a beautiful time of understanding what has been holding me back to step into my full power. My shadows have been coming up and I'm grateful for that as I've started to release them. There is so much to learn and I understood that the journey is the goal, the journey is what is showing me how capable I am, how much I have within myself to share with the world and to provide healing - for myself and others. I'm ready! I'm ready to live my purpose, to help other people, be their save space, support their healing journeys and be part of the shift of our beloved mother earth.
