Its almost the new year! Now we don’t want to say the cliché ‘new year, new me’ but what we do want for 2023 is a new, positive outlook on menopause*! ✊
Do you work from home and find it difficult navigating menopause*? Ensuring you are supported either in the office or at home is so important and one-way employers can do this is by creating a culture of inclusion. 💙 🧡 ❤️
This can be done by encouraging management to host events or talks to open up the conversation and break down the taboos and also training & education for managers to help reassure women that are hybrid working.
2023 will be our year. 💪 Join our community to continue the conversion! https://www.facebook.com/groups/269578222032884

In some ways, working from home can make it easier for women to manage their menopause symptoms as they can, for instance, work more flexibly, wear comfortable clothing, and have more control over the room temperature.
