This is a very sweet breathing technique to experience your breathing bodies and to align your energy centers🫁🌀
You will feel energized but also calm and centered.
I suggest to do 3 rounds. But also 1 round is complete and you will feel the effects.
3-part inhale through your nose 👃(for about 2-3 minutes):
1. Belly
2. Diaphragm
3. collar bones
Exhale:
relaxed exhale through your opened mouth 👄
Last inhale:
Inhale through your nose completely (in one part)
Hold the air with full lungs for about 30 seconds
While holding your breath: shake your body
Relax everything, exhale through your mouth
Hold your breath with empy lungs for 30-60 seconds
Return to your natural breath.
Either finish with a short meditation or continue with round 2 and 3.
