My name is Paloma,i travelled almost all arround the world and felt that it was time to settle and create roots here in Berlin. I fell in love with Berlin and in 2016,i decide to stop travelling and move there. I studied various massage techniques for a year,Reiki for a month,and did two Sound Healing trainings. I learned to take care of myself but also let somebody take care of me. To be able to give to someone in my opinion you need to be able to accept and manifest those 3 things :

Give to yourself - Receive - Give to others

Things unfolded naturally and i had the chance to play on a regular basis in har-studio and yoga now berlin as well as at retreats in France. This is going to be a life changing experience and made me feel valued professionally but also give me a real space for creativity, freedom and growth.

Hi, my name is Paloma, some of you know me, others do not yet .

Throughout my life I worked as a Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner but I never really felt a sense of true belonging until I had my first encounter with a Gong.
My mind stopped to go 100 miles an hour and finally could focus, could slow down, could let go.
A vision assembled in my head, myself surrounded by Gongs in the middle of a pine forest. Playing for the trees, playing for nature.

After countless depressions and struggles with social anxieties, I decided to jump into an uncomfortably scary but fascinating experience, to become a "Teacher/Sound Healer".
Because of the way I see and feel the world so intensely, I can't be anything else but my raw self.
In my work I attach a special value to the diversity of each persons.
By showing my vulnerability, oddness, playfulness, i want to influence peoples in accepting themselves the way they are and to welcome their "darkness" as well as their "light".
With Sounds I create a space and time to reunite both those polarities.

My first intention during a session is to help people, although after each Sound Bath, I noticed as well a significant growth and healing within myself.
I see this as a loop of energy and exchange between the student/s & the teacher/s.
Suspended in time, anchoring us all in the present moment.
