We are heartbroken to share that Police Officer II Hector De Leon-Saldana tragically passed away on August 10, 2025, in an ATV accident while camping with loved ones. Hector leaves behind his partner Dulce, their 2-year-old son Gael, his parents, and two siblings. As the family’s primary provider, his loss is felt not only in their hearts but in their daily lives.
