Selbstbestimmt Leben - fabianhoff.de Vorträge, Fortbildungen und Dienstleistungen rund um das Autismusspektrum Mit der Hilfe meiner Autismus Diagnose gelang es mir, ein neues Leben zu beginnen.

Im Jahre 2008 habe ich mich selbst mit Autismus diagnostiziert. 2009 ließ ich mir diese Diagnose von einem Psychiater bestätigen. Dem voraus ging eine 10 Jahre andauernde Odyssey, mit einem bunten Strauss an Diagnosen und einem vielfachen an Tabletten. Meinen ersten Vortrag über Autismus hielt ich 2013 in Bielefeld auf dem TEACCH Tag. Dem folgten viele weitere Vorträge u.a. für Berusbildungswerke und Behindertenwerkstätten.

2014 begann ich für die Firma Auticon zu arbeiten, eine IT Zeitarbeitsfirma, die sich auf die Vermittlung autistischer Consultants spezialisert hat. Während meiner Zeit bei Auticon traf ich auf eine Menge Menschen, die ähnlich gebrochene Lebensläufe hatten, wie ich. Mir kam die Idee, daß autistische Menschen sehr davon profitieren würden, wenn sie von anderen autistischen Menschen lernen könnten und in mir reifte der Entschluß, zusätzlich zu meinen Vorträgen auch im sozialen Bereich zu arbeiten. 2018 begann ich als Schulbegleiter für das Autismus Therapie Zentrum der Familien- und Krankenpflege Bochum zu arbeiten. Derzeit beschäftige ich mich mit der Entwicklung von individuellen Angeboten für Autist:innen und ihre Angehörigen. Mein Fokus liegt dabei auf Berufsausbildung und Berufsstart.
