A short fast isn’t punishment — it’s giving your system the space to do what it’s built for:
Digest, repair, and come back into balance.

That's why we are starting a Community Fasting Program beginning of the next year!
The perfect reset 🔥

Why fasting works (simple):
When you pause constant eating, insulin levels drop, your body shifts toward fat-burning, inflammation can fall, and cellular repair processes become more active.

On the mind side ➡️ more stable fuel (ketosis) and lower metabolic noise often equal clearer thinking and less emotional reactivity.

This is why a short, supported fast — done with guidance — can feel like hitting the reset button for both body and mind.

Want to try it with daily support, simple but in-depth instructions and access community to a motivated community who wants to get this new year going in full power?
Comment RESET and I’ll send more info to you!

⚠️ Important: fasting isn’t for everyone. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, have an eating-disorder history, or a metabolic condition (like unmanaged diabetes), talk to your healthcare provider first.

⚠️This is what fasting does to you ☠️

The first image is AI edited —
a common fear: “I’ll lose muscle. I’ll get weak.”
The second?
My real body after the fast.
So the fact is, I didn't loose much, but I have gained immensely: Regeneration, Healing, Clarity,...
Fasting is the perfect reset!

Fasting isn’t about shrinking yourself.
It’s a millennia-old practice used to cleanse body, mind, and awareness.
(And yes — historically, not always voluntarily.)
When done consciously and safely, water fasting can support:
• Cellular cleansing & repair (old / damaged cells are recycled)
• Reduced inflammation & support for healthy aging
• Nervous system & neural pathway repair
• Immune system regulation
• Increased human growth hormone (HGH) — protecting muscle tissue
• Sharpened discipline & body awareness
• More space for introspection
• Clearer, calmer thinking
For me, it wasn’t about weight.
It was about resetting patterns, listening inward, and remembering how little the body actually needs to heal.
✨ I’m hosting a free community fasting experience
If you want to join, comment “FAST” and I’ll send you the details.
📩 DM me if you want my in-depth guide for a safe 3-day water fast.
⚠️ Important:
Always consult a qualified professional before fasting, especially if you have medical conditions or no prior experience. Fasting should never be forced.

Healing isn’t about fixing yourself.
And it’s definitely not about becoming “better.”

It’s about becoming whole.

Many of us get stuck on one of two extremes, me too have seen myself on both sides:

• identifying so deeply with their wounds/problems that pain becomes their identity. "The way it is"
OR
• endlessly self-optimizing, always striving, never arriving

Both keep you fragmented.

Real healing happens in the middle.
When you stop fighting your past and stop trying to outgrow yourself.
When you can sit with what hurt — without drowning in it.
When you honor the wisdom in your wounds — without letting them run your life.

Healing doesn’t rush.
It doesn’t demand perfection.
And it doesn’t require you to move on before your body is ready.

It asks for honesty.
Presence.
And the courage to be with yourself as you are.

So check in:
Are you stuck in the story of your pain?
Or stuck chasing a version of yourself that never quite feels enough?

Healing begins when you step off both treadmills —
and allow yourself to integrate, not escape.

If this resonates, save it, share it, or sit with the question.
And if you want guidance through that integration,
my work is about exactly this.

Most of life doesn’t happen in the big moments.
It happens while waiting.
While walking.
While peeling potatoes or standing at a bus stop.

And most of us aren’t really there for it.

Mindfulness isn’t about escaping reality or having constant “spiritual experiences.”
It’s about entering life more fully — especially the parts we usually rush past.

When you bring awareness into the ordinary, something subtle shifts.
Your nervous system softens.
Your mind quiets.
Your body feels safer.

Suddenly, the mundane stops being mundane.

An apple isn’t just an apple.
A moment isn’t just a moment.
Everything is interconnected, alive, and quietly miraculous — when you actually let yourself see it.

Presence turns autopilot into aliveness.
And that’s not magic.
That’s practice.

✨ Start where you are.
✨ With what’s already here.
✨ That’s where the depth is.

If this resonates, save it for later — or share it with someone who’s always “waiting for life to begin.”

Especially after 5.5 days of fasting this realization hits different!

What a beautiful gift that we get to enjoy food 🌀

Why is it so vital to eat in a calm and present way?

In our fast-paced world, with constant work availability and phone notifications, stress becomes a familiar factor for our body. EVEN if we are not consciouly aware of it.

This stress triggers our fight or flight response, hindering digestion and weakening our immune system. It also leads to mindless eating and cravings for unhealthy foods.

But there's a remedy: mindfulness. By slowing down, chewing deliberately, and focusing solely on our meal, we can truly savor the flavors and nourish our bodies. Remember, food isn't just sustenance—it's a gift to be cherished.

Take a moment to express gratitude for each ingredient that contributes to your meal.
