POV: you’re building big goals…
but you realise ambition only works when your health can actually support it. 🥹✨
Here are the lessons we wish we learned sooner:
1. Your body is your first business partner.
If it’s exhausted, everything else slows down with it. This means that rest isn’t optional, it’s a necessity!
2. Consistency beats intensity.
You don’t need to sprint. It’s better to work at a sustainable pace than to constantly overwhelm yourself and burnout.
3. Hormones, stress, and energy matter more than hustle.
Understanding your health isn’t “extra”… it’s what keeps you capable of showing up. So take the time to take care of yourself!
4. You can’t outperform poor habits.
Sleep, nourishment, movement, mental hygiene… they’re unglamorous but game-changing. Once these slip, everything else will follow, so don’t let that be the case.
5. Strong ambitions require even stronger foundations.
Your future self can only be as powerful as the system that supports her.
Because becoming your best self isn’t just about achieving more… it’s about having the capacity (physically and mentally) to hold the life you’re working toward.
