The concept is based on a regular integrated practice of different styles of yoga, body movements, breathing exercises, massage, sports and nature connection, done with ease, fun and in a very flexible way and depending on your needs. My name is Michael and I created Ayuoga as a result of my own journey, on which I am discovering a natural and healthy way of living and treating my self. I am grown up sourrounded and deeply connected with nature. I don't feel as I am a teacher nor I am an instructor. I feel more like a practitioner, that wants to share all I went through and learned, to motivate you to start your own journey. I love to guide you and give you all the tools and knowledge I have, to find your own direction and best self-practise. Perfectionism is not my goal, as everyone has to respect personell limitations, the own path on each individual journey and of course we always want to stay happy. The coaching of Ayuoga consists of flexible tools to use depending on your goals:
- Yourself: understand your body constituion and basic physiolocical processes - connect deeper with your mental preconditions and find your alignment with them
- Yoga and Massage: guidance to find your own path and most beneficial way of practice for relaxation, thearapeutic reasons and a healthy body constitution
- Food: understand what your body really needs - integrate natural food in your daily life - create your own medicine
- Nature: explore and be more active in nature through finding a deeper connection, fun and bliss

My name is Michael Pommer (35 years, German) and I have a strong passion for a healthy, nature connected lifestyle in a holistic way. I am integrating:
- movements, sports and life in nature
- finding natural food and herbs to prepare medicin
- discover ways to balance body energies, prevent health issues and heal existing imbalances, reduce or replace cravings and addictions
- find a suitable and flexible practice to integrate it in daily life and in times of healing, from yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, cleaning techniques, techniques to connect with your self and others (movement, singing, talks and exchange, creating moments of peace)
I am offering this concept in a way of guidance, that means I can teach and practice with you and give you treatments and session (e.g. massage and yoga) and show you techniques and tools how you can integrate it in your daily life and find your own practice. When you feel the need, you can consult with me anytime on your journey, exchange about your experiences and progresses and get new ideas to move on. I got a university degree in Forestry Science and Ressourcemanagement as well as in sustainable energy and waste management. I have 7 years of work experiences mainly in energy efficiency including sustainable transport and construction. I am living a simple basic lifestyle, I love traveling mainly in developing countries. I am experimenting and discovering what humans really need to be happy and healthy and in this way I am constantly self-transforming and exploring new valuable things many people lost out of their view. On my current journey of slow traveling for 2,5 years in Asia I went deep into my yoga journey, learned and practised massage and explored living in community in ecovillages and spiritual places. The name 'Ayuoga' came naturally to me, as it is the fusion of the words 'Ayurveda' and 'Yoga'. They are one of the most ancient and powerful teachings and techniques for a good life. I was lucky to get my training about them in a traditional direction in a modern ashram in India and I went deeper in further practices in spiritual places in Thailand for all together 2,5 years, as well in many years of self-practice. As I have my roots in Europe, I gained my basics in plant medicine in my cultural environment, but I am continiously learning especially on travels in Africa and Asia and I respect and integrate all kinds of natural treatments and healing techniques for issues, that can be healed without conventional treatment.
