What are the benefits of a cacao ceremony?

✨ A cacao ceremony gives us the time for ourselves in a chaotic and stressful world. Its the perfect space to switch off the external noise and dive into our inner realms to meet the spirit of cacao, Mama Cacao.

✨ A cacao ceremony helps us to get gain clarity, set intentions and deepen our healing work, inner reflection and integration. Being in a sacred ritual space allows us to get out of our normal frame of mind, experiencing new insights and perspectives. Sharing a cup of cacao in community brings us into the same energetic frequency and is a wonderful opportunity to connect with people in a open hearted environment.

Let’s be real, our world needs more open hearts.

Your heart is the reason you exist.

I am still in awe how cacao teaches me over and over again about the RAWNESS OF NATURE 🌱

Ceremonial cacao is nature in its purest and rawest form. Only the husks of the cacao beans are removed but the rest stays the same. Nothing added. No layers, no patterns. When I look at this rawness it makes me sick and most of all incredible sad to face the truth of how far away we human beings are from our raw and pure essence. In the chocolate industry as we know it they add sugar, milk powder, cacao butter and much more... they put layer upon layer over the original rawness of cacao until each bar tastes more or less the same. And we are made to believe that this is what a perfect, delicious, sweet treat tastes like. Don’t stand out, just fit in. We as are society are conditioned to accept and participate in a reality that couldn’t be more of an illusion.

Tasting a cup of pure ceremonial cacao shifts me immediately into the vibration of rawness, purity, vulnerability but also incredible strength and the presence of my own true rawness. Sure I often add spices, natural sugar, a bit of plant milk to it but never to hide or take away its rawness more so to elevate and sort of polish its already golden essence.

What if we would stop hiding being our true, raw self? And instead seeing how we want to play with it to make it even more visible for others so we can finally lift the veil realizing that we are not all milk chocolates running around in different costumes but pristine, raw, desirable cacao beans expressing our own unique rawness.

Yeah. I admit. In my next life maybe, just maybe I want to incarnate as a cacao bean 😉 and I make sure to sign a soul contract that says: bean to bar 🍫🤣

After we have been through the rollercoaster of 2020 and 2021 keeps on going, many of us are sensing that there is something more that we can do, that we have to do to make better choices for personal and collective peace and a more heart-centered life in these intense times of uncertainty and change 💥☮️

We are drawn to listen to our own hearts for guidance, inspiration and help to balance our emotional and physical wellbeing. There has never been a more urgent time to make commitments to explore the power of your heart, the seat of human emotions ♥️ there is so much wisdom and guidance within yourself that can be accessed through the portal of your heart! There is a treasure, an intelligence within you that is working for you, that can increase your resilience and brings many health benefits 🙏

Cacao is one way to connect to that unbeatable force within you, her spirit is gently guiding you to that door, then it’s upon you to have the courage to open it! 🌟

We are approaching Valentines Day and I think it’s time to build a new way of showing and showering others with our genuine presence, our love and our care. It’s time to rise as a heart-centered new earth. It’s time to come back and remember what really drives our soul. 💚💛🧡❤️

The power of group energy and being held in a sacred and safe space 🧡

I love having a ceremony on my own and I’ve had some pretty deep and expansive experiences with that! 🙊🤓 however I would never wanna miss cacao ceremonies or other rituals being shared in community - it’s an extra dose of magic that takes you beyond!

Why?

✨gathering together to drink cacao can create healing, inspiration and most importantly connection
✨it reconnects us with ancient parts of ourselves reminding us of the power of community
✨when people share cacao together there is naturally an amplified energy, increased vitality and more empathy
✨connecting on a soul level with an open mind and heart brings our hearts in one rhythm and beat
✨knowing your are held in a safe container allows you to look deeper within knowing you are not alone
✨it’s okay to share feelings because the group is a safe place where you will not be judged
✨a good group ceremony carries you beyond your ordinary everyday reality and through a portal into an inner space where times doesn’t exist

I am convinced that the need for ceremony is deep imbedded within our DNA 🧬 🌟 and no matter how much separation we might experience right now we will always find a way back. Because it’s our natural state. Just as cacao is and will always be a divine plant medicine that loves to be shared with others. ♥️☕️

Although I miss the personal gatherings like crazy I am happy to hear the feedback that my online ceremonies 👩‍💻 are received as powerful and healing as well 🙏

Cacao + Roses is like a match made in heaven ☁️🌟

‘Who needs a man when one can have chocolate and roses’ or ‘Just buy her some chocolates and roses, every woman likes them!’

And yes I do know women who don’t like chocolate or roses but that’s not the point ;) obviously you can’t ignore that there have always been some feminine vibes around when it comes to chocolate and roses 😉

I’ve talked about why cacao inherits a very nourishing feminine energy, so let’s dive into rose magic!

🌹the rose has always been associated with the Greek Aphrodite, goddess of love and wisdom and she is the archetype that is linked to the planet Venus
🌹roses represent the highest frequency of love and universal consciousness
🌹roses have powerful energy fields vibrating at a high electromagnetic frequency - the highest of any flower on earth
🌹many speak of roses having vulva-like petals being a symbol for the divine feminine and female sexuality

Love, Passion, Beauty, Sensuality, Devotion... these are all symbolic meanings for the rose. There are books and ancient scripts about the meaning of the rose throughout every culture showing us that the divine feminine knows no body shape, skin color or social background. As roses have different colors, sizes and shapes also we as women couldn’t be more different in our unique human expression yet forever unified by an unseen form of sacred energy.

Hi lovely souls! 💫 I just wanna give you an update about some changes, new beginnings and visions that have been growing over the last months 😇

So this pic is from last summer in my grandmas garden. Although you see an expression I like to do quite often it had a particular reason! ;) It was when I decided (due to the shifts that were going on and other plans that fell away) to pivot and birth something new. Since then it had been a lot of up and downs, many changes, creative outbursts, tears of joy and exhaustion, and a constant process of realignment 🌟 towards the end of 2020 I silently launched Beyond You Awake 🧡 a universe of magical pieces from handcrafted jewelry pieces to yummy treats made with my favorite plant on earth: cacao 🌱 just some weeks ago I decided to fully shift my online offerings around cacao ceremonies, moon circles and cosmic updates to Beyond You Awake as well :) love.theunknown has been a great starting point but I always felt that it was channeled through me for another purpose & mission. I hope to give you some updates on it soon but for now all you need to know:

ECLIPSE PORTAL = BIG SURRENDER TIME

Do you remember what June 2020 was like for you and what happened since then? That was when we went through the last eclipse season and now we just did it again!! 💥🌚💫 I went through my pictures taken in June and found this one, for me looks like the perfect portal picture ;) however I don’t feel that shiny-smiley-dancy-fancy at all 🙈 I feel like a huge MESS right now. But hey that’s ok. Not every eclipse tunnel is smooth sailing ⛵️🤷🏼‍♀️

With this new moon & solar eclipse I feel the need to fully surrender into the unknown of the present moment. To press pause and breathe until I have reached every last inch within my body just to start anew.

The ‚post-eclipse‘ period invites us to lean into a sacred stillness until 30Dec: rest, tune into your body, listen to your soul. Then press: repeat. This total solar eclipse happening with a New Moon in Sagittarius was a big one and if you haven’t felt like an overdone pressure cooker already this year, you might feel it now 🥵

But the best is yet to come, the great conjunction on 21Dec, our cosmic buddies Saturn & Jupiter are teaming up for a huge comeback setting the stage for a new way of being ushering us into the aquarian age 🦚💫

But hey don’t get overexcited, this is no magic button catapulting us to another planet that happened to be nominated as ‚Heaven on Earth‘. No, we don’t leave our lovely home planet, we stay right here and create heaven on earth right under our feet and first of all in our hearts. ‚And dreams!!‘ Sagittarius would shout and point with his arrow to the stars ✨ ♐️

So the same precodure as always: with this eclipse you set the stage for the next 6 months! Start dreaming of paradise, personally and collectively. Call in Jupiter the ruling planet of Sagittarius, our lucky charm and expansion companion, I‘m sure he is up for some team work!

We are approaching the end of 2020 and with it the cosmic finale is arriving 🎉💥 We already stepped into the eclipse tunnel, maybe you’ve felt the pre waves of the full moon over the weekend. I certainly did 😅🌕 The eclipse season happens every 6 months and is a portal of growth, change and evolution. This one starts with the full moon tomorrow (Sun in Sagittarius opposite moon in Gemini) which comes along with a lunar eclipse 💫

It’s here.
It’s big.
It’s powerful.
It’s unavoidable.
⁣
And you can do it! If everything feels upside down at the moment, know that it’s meant to be. You are not missing anything, you are not doing anything wrong. You are exactly where you meant to be. Consciously or unconsciously.

The beauty of eclipses is that the veils become thinner, meaning we step into an energetic bubbel where re-alignment takes place. Endings and new beginnings = getting rid of the old before the new can come. This might feel very uncomfortable when it hits you out of nowhere but we can train our nervous system to lean into life without being afraid.

So as the electromagnetic field of the universe is changing during eclipses our energetic fields we hold as human beings are changing as well. Energies are swelling up right now leaving you with that feeling you get when doing backbends too long, like faaar to long 🤪🤯🥵 sometimes it happens that you are like: wait how the hell did I get here? and wait, far more important: how am I getting out of this again?? 🙊
