This two hour workshop can be taken by the mother alone or with her partner. The class is taught by a German Registered Hebamme who will guide you through the first two trimesters of pregnancy. What to expect at each appointment , choosing a birth place , advice on common complaints of early pregnancy and more . Classes taught in the relaxed atmosphere of the Pippagina studio in Lehel. This is a perfect workshop to take in combination with the One stop childbirth class and breastfeeding preparation class.

Our New Beginnings class is for mothers with babies from 2-12 weeks of age.
Classes take place in a relaxed, calm atmosphere. Each class is structured with an age appropriate discussion, soothing techniques, common concerns such gas/wind and sleeping routines are some of the topics discussed. There is time given in each class for mothers to share the highs and lows of the week. For many Mothers this is their first experience of feeding their baby outside of their home and this can be comforting to be surrounded by other Mothers in the same situation.
