Perfectionism and extreme are often praised 👉 but they can come at a cost: Too much training or constant high effort without enough rest, can increase the risk of injuries and chronic health issues.

The physical consequences go beyond normal soreness:
➡️ Overtraining & system stress: Excessive physical effort can trigger Overtraining Syndrome (OTS), not just fatigue, but system-wide damage. Chronic inflammation can affects muscles, bones, tendons, ligaments, immune and endocrine systems.
