Living with chronic means experiencing long-lasting discomfort every day. ⚡
This persistent condition can cause stiffness and fatigue, making everyday tasks feel like a challenge. It can be caused by muscle strain, bulging or ruptured discs, arthritis, poor posture, chronic stress and certain lifestyle choices. In Markus's case, the pain was caused by in the office for long hours every day with not enough movement.
Living with back pain is challenging, but Markus has learned that a mix of physiotherapy, core training, stretching, and small everyday movement habits helps him feel better. With this routine, he can stay active and still take part in the moments that matter most to him, such as hiking with his friends.
