Did you know, that the importance of washing hands was invented by a hungarian physician?

In these hard times I don't have to tell, how important it is.

What are the options for early detection?
Do I have to have colonoscopie, or is there any other option?
✅Yes, there are some options BUT they are less relieble.
- Stool test
- "Mini" colonoskopie = sigmoidoskopie
- virtual colonoskopie
- capsule endoskopie

❌Other disadvantages:
- radiation exposure
- more expensive
- if the tumor is small, can't be detected
- if you something suspicious is found, you need a real colonoscopy 🥴

⚠️So! To spare stress, inconvenience and money, is the best solution - in the most of the cases - to have above the age of 50 years a colonoscopy⚠️

According to the latest studies, spending at least two hours outside per week was strongly correlated with self-reports of being in good health or having high wellbeing.🏞

Interesting, but spending 200 to 300 minutes wasnt associated with additional benefits.

So lets go outside 🚵‍♂️ for at least 120 minutes ✌

Unfortunately i don't have the possibility to practice aesthetical procedures in the my certain clinic, that's why i am feeling so happy to have hands on trainings 🙌
Please be aware who and what inject. Check the certifications, the studies because if it comes to complications, the best is, if the one who injected can also fix it.🥼

In the gastroenterology we use a special poo scale, called Bristol Stool Scale.💩

How do we know if our p**p normal?

This chart is designed at the University of Bristol to help doctors measure the time it takes for food to pass through your body and leave. The shape and form of your stool may also help your doctor toward in diagnosis of some digestive problems.

Normalwould be to have type 3.or 4.

I 've found also a funny chocolat version of the scale, maybe it makes more easier for the patients to remember.🍫

Maybe i have tunnel vision but the first what i thought as i have read this sentence: SKINTAGS

Lets talk about the most common SKIN MANIFESTATIONS OF INTERNAL DISEASES also for laymen!

1. Diabetes Mellitus
- 30% of the patients do have some of them.
Diabetic bullae, acanthosis Nigricans (= dark hyperpigmentation in the body folds. Also common in Obesity, PCOS, Carcinoma),Skin infections like Candidiasis, Ulcerations

2. Thyroid disease
- in hyperthyroidism: facial flushing (= rapid blushing), palmar erythema, early graying, hyperhidrosis (= strong sweating)
- in hypothyroidism : mxyedema, dry-brittle hair, poor nail growth

3. Adrenal disease
- Hyperpigmentation, acne, hirsutism (being very hairy), straie ( hands up ladies, we all know what is it :) )

4. Renal disease
- xerosis (= abnormal dryness of skin, eyes...etc), pruritus (=itchiness)

5. Liver disease
- Icterus (= jaundice), spider nevus, palmar erythema (= red palms), gynecomastia (= the only b***s what men don't like, because it belongs to themselves :) )
