Since i remember i always loved to be active. During my childhood i discovered a lot of different sports, this journey ended up years later in being a teacher physical education to share my passion. In my opinion movement is healthy, important and needs to be an daily life essential for every human being!
After years of running i started my yoga journey in 2014 while recovering from an injury. In the beginning yoga was most of all a physical practice. I didn’t realize asana is just a small part of yoga. From 2016 i increase my practice and since then addicted! The most important part yoga brings me is to be in the here and now. The practice of connecting to my breath and link each movement to one breath is challenging but calms my mind at the same time. During my own practice i slowly discovered yoga is much more, it makes me curious. I started my first teacher training in Amsterdam (Yagoy) and the second one in Sydney (Power Living). And this is just the beginning....... I incorporated yoga into my daily life and love inspiring others. To explorer what yoga can bring and experience how something simple as breathing can transform your life, push boundaries and unlock a whole new world of unlimited potential and fun!
Yoga -Vinyasa: Vinyasa means for me a dynamic flow class. With an balance between strength and relaxation, effort and ease. You will focus your mind on your breath and use the physical postures to find strength and create space where you need it. Sweating is involved! Tadasana alignment and modifications are provided to support your level and keep the practice safe.
