Genau darum geht es: Unser innerer Schweinehund lässt sich etwas einfallen, warum wir gerade heute nicht ins Yoga gehen wollen.

Es kann während der Stunde anstrengend und sogar unangenehm werden, und wir haben so viel Angst davor das falsche zu tun.

Eine Yogastunde bedeuted immer raus aus der Comfort Zone und rein in die Veränderung!

Eine Übung mag ich, die nächste wieder nicht, aber danach sind wir IMMER zufriedenener!
