born in December, on St Niklas day, had been always a teaching for me: share, and connect, preserve and be generous, this went through my life as hold on and let go, but connection, true , deep and honest connection only come from sharing time and hearts. this is true for my family life as much as my work-life. the breath that moves inside you, my latest book, is the condensed idea of all these 6 decades. thank you all for making every day so special! the most thankfulness in my heart to my 3 wonderful children and my 2 grandchildren . i hope their life will always glow from within .ayurveda.akademie

lieben Dank allen wundervollen Frauen , dass wir dieses Wochenende im grossartigen Studio .birkenau noch einmal zusammen verbringen konnten! Danke allen fuer ihr tiefes commitment zu Yoga, ihre Vorsicht, Aufmerksamkeit und Unterstuetzung, das Hoeren, Sehen, Fuehlen! ich werde euch vermissen! fuer weitere Uebungswochenenden dm mir, in Berlin , Gozo und in der Ausbildung bei .ayurveda.akademie in der gesamten Ayurveda Yoga Therapie und in tiefgehendenAufbaukursen fuer Yoga Lehrende bei . Kuren mit in Malaga und mit mir auf Gozo.. private Ayurveda Kurse , nur off(!!) line und Ayurveda Therapie Kurse und Fortbildungen fuer 3-5 Personen.. finde deine Fortbildung mit mir! und mit .alice.liddell , mit der ich saemtliche Berliner Fortbildungen an der gemeinsam gestalte und durchfuehre! ich freue mich auf ein lehr-reiches 2026 mit dir!
