As a dancer and creator I’ve experienced so many rejections along the way.

… and ideas not working our as hoped for…

But even though I’ve felt confused, frustrated and in doubt endless times during the journey, Ive always knew that my intuition was guiding me in a direction towards more aliveness and richness in life.

The more I surrender ~ the more I am open to redirection and unexpected possibilities.

I would not change this path with the numb and supressed feeling of not following what feels true to me.

The path of the heart is not an easy one, but there is a way to navigate with more softness and tenderness.

The heart will always guide you toward growth and evolution.

That is why it feels scary and risky to follow your intuition.

But when we choose to walk those small steps into the unknown…

(sometimes big, bold leaps)

… we might be surprised by where life is leading us.

It’s a dance, between a clear vision and surrendering attachment to the outcome.

Of connecting with the subtle voice and sensation of your inner wisdom ~ and to show up for the action you are asked to take.

I’ve always trusted my heart.
I’ve followed it into the unknown.

It has led me into deep purpose… and deep pain.

But every time it “broke,”
it didn’t shatter ~ it expanded.

This path isn’t the easiest,
but it is alive, honest, and true.

And I would choose it, always,
over a life that feels numb or empty.

It’s a journey, one that invites you into deeper connection with your spirit.

To choose to live your life from your highest self
~ beyond fear, doubt and insecurity.

You are meant to feel wildly alive 🌱

Alive in your body.
Alive in your heart.
Alive in your expression.

And that aliveness begins the moment you stop resisting what you feel…

… and start welcoming it all.

🔥 Even the emotions you’ve learned to avoid.

When I meet my shadows, I don’t turn away.

I move with what’s being stirred.
I hold my inner child through the heaviness, with deeper compassion.

Each trigger becomes an invitation
~ to reconnect with the parts of me that once felt abandoned.
~ To express… instead of suppress.

🪷 This is why dance has always been my medicine.

Because softness opens us.
Softness allows us to meet ourselves without judgment.

And in that space, our sensitivity becomes our strength.

When we move with our inner waves, instead of against them… Everything shifts.

Through breath.
Through movement.
Through surrender 🌱
