That’s how our movement began.

💚 A Full-Circle Moment on

This morning, Subhi, our Founder & CEO, visited one of our workplace partners — Copenhagen Capacity — to onboard their team (hybrid) onto our MMW app.

He spent time showcasing the new features and the science behind them, answering questions, and watching their reactions as they explored the Wellbeing Companion and the Streak feature for the first time.

Later, he met with the leadership team to talk about how the platform can be used — not just as a digital tool, but as a way to build a culture of mental fitness across their company.

Moments like this remind us why MMW exists.
What started as a personal story and a mission to raise awareness around mental health has now grown into something that helps employees build daily mental fitness habits — in a fun, gamified, and science-based way.

So today, onboarding another workplace and seeing their team engage with our gamified wellbeing app truly felt like a full-circle moment.
From awareness ➡️ to action ➡️ to meaningful, daily impact.

💭 Now we can’t help but wonder… what will 2026 look like?

💭 When we first produced this video, the mental health crisis felt young-professional specific.

But today, it’s universal ,cutting across generations, industries, and lives.
Because here’s the truth: work-life balance is a delusion.
There’s no switch between “work you” and “life you.”
We don’t need work-life balance, we need life balance.
