Undergoing surgery is a significant trauma for the body. In that process, the body naturally expresses fear: an essential survival response that mobilizes all our abilities to protect us in intense and life-threatening situations.

In today’s medical reality, surgical procedures are designed for surgeons, nurses, and doctors to perform their work efficiently, minimizing disturbances through pain relief, anesthesia, and other medical interventions. 💉

While these measures are crucial for saving lives, they also create conditions in which patients dissociate from their bodies. This dissociation can interrupt the body's natural healing process. 🧠❌

After surgery, if patients do not consciously reconnect with their bodies and release the survival efforts held within, they may carry residual muscle tensions and a "frozen" nervous system from the experience. ❄️💪

Over time, this can drain energy and cause physical chronic strain. ⚡

The key to fully recovering is to allow fear to move and flow through the body rather than suppressing it. This can be done by bringing attention to areas of tension, stiffness, or discomfort and consciously breathing into them, allowing the body to relax and process the past experience. 🌬️💖

Bodywork and training body attention can also play a crucial role in supporting the body's natural healing process, helping to digest experiences, no matter their nature. Through this approach, we don’t only focus on releasing the physical patterns built around survival, but we also explore the emotional layers that come with life-threatening experiences. 💆‍♀️✨

This includes how we relate to pain, how it affects our hope and plans, how it frustrates or saddens us, and how it shapes our sense of resilience. 💔🌟

By engaging with the body in this way, we create space for both physical and emotional integration, allowing the body to not only recover but also regain a sense of trust, vitality, and flow. 🌱✨

In my sessions, TRAINING BODY ATTENTION means learning to truly listen to your body: not just noticing when something hurts or feels off, but becoming aware of the subtle sensations, tensions, and patterns that shape how you feel every day.

You’ll learn to:
- Notice physical sensations with curiosity, rather than judgment.
- Recognize automatic reactions, like tensing up or disconnecting from parts of your body.
- Stay present with discomfort instead of trying to fix or avoid it—allowing your body to naturally release tension and stress.

As you develop this skill, you’ll begin to break free from patterns that fuel pain, anxiety, or exhaustion. You’ll tap into your body’s natural ability to release, relax, and restore balance, helping you move through life with more ease, presence, and vitality.

What you need to know about me:

I am a bodywork practitioner, specifically trained in the Grinberg Method.

And you may wonder: Why work with me?

You feel like life happens to you, and it leaves you overwhelmed.

Whether it’s a new pain showing up in your body, an unexpected event hitting you in the face, finding yourself stuck in yet another unpleasant situation at work, at home, or out in the world—or watching your dreams and ambitions drift past like clouds, always out of reach, never becoming real.

You’re tired of neglecting your health, your time, your life. Or maybe you simply don’t know how to show up for yourself and take charge on your own terms.

Deep down, you’ve been wishing for someone to save you or hand you the quick-fix formula to make it all better.

But here’s the truth: no one else can save you.

And that’s not what I’m here to do.

I’m not here to rescue you, heal you, or hand you a magic pill to take away the pain.

I’m here to guide your attention back to where your power, will, and energy reside—the place where you can reclaim your life: YOUR BODY.

Like so many of us (myself included), you’ve learned to live by a set of rules and expectations. These rules promise a “good” life—security, peace, money, and a sense of belonging. Whether these rules come from cultural, societal, or ideological norms, they have one thing in common: they are designed by the mind for the collective.

And while they may work for the collective, they often fail the individual.

This is why, at some point, seemingly out of nowhere, your body starts speaking up. It aches. It screams. Sometimes it even breaks.

Your body isn’t betraying you. It’s calling you back to yourself.
It’s asking you to be present—to your body, to your needs, and to the life that wants to be lived fully, outside of concepts and formulas.

The more you tune in to your body, learn from it, and train yourself to feel and be in it, the more energy you’ll have to face life—no matter the struggle. By staying present with your body and breathing deeply, you begin to care for yourself in a way that is grounding and empowering. From this place, you also learn how much you can give, and how you want to allocate your time and energy toward the world around you.

In doing so, you become a more grounded, self-respecting individual—someone who contributes to the collective from a place of clarity and integrity.

Because when you start with your body, you reclaim your life.

What is the Grinberg Method?

The Grinberg Method® is a method focused on teaching body attention as a means to regain our natural ability to heal from chronic pains, to break out of repetitive patterns (stress, worries, boredom, fear...) or to achieve change in ones life through the body.

Invented in the 1980s by Avi Grinberg, the method is based on the idea that our physical condition is the result of repetitive patterns - or ways we repeatedly live our life.

Those patterns are physical (the way we move, hold ourselves, deal with pain...), emotional (dealing with fear or emotions) and mental (what we tell ourselves, think...).

With greater body attention, you learn to notice the ways you behave around specific situations, such as blocking or limiting ones, and responsibly start bringing changes of attitude towards them.​
