Protein bread recipe:
1,5 cups of oats ( gluten free)
3 L eggs or 4 M eggs
1 cup of mixed seeds and nuts ( I use mix of chia, flax, sunflower and pumpkin)
2-3 cups or 500 g of white cheese/cottage cheese, Philadelphia
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
Mix everything in a bowl, use hand mixer to blend everything together slightly. Pour into bread pan or form an oval shape bread. Bake in the oven for 1h in 180 C. Let it cool for 20 min. Keep in the fridge for a week.
