I wear two simple bracelets every day.
Not as jewelry — but as reminders.

I hold my light with calm.
No forcing. No proving.
Just steady presence.

For me, healing unworthiness isn’t about shining brighter.
It’s about feeling safe enough to exist
and calm enough to hold my light.

Good morning, beautiful souls, we woke up to another day what a blessing that is.
Today, is my mother’s birthday. This amazing, creative, caring and beautiful woman is 78 years old, today. I am forever grateful for your support and love and for the fact that you were one of two who gave me life.
